Worth a smile or a frown

Speaking of shops...

Here's a blog I recently found that's been feeding me some interesting reading material for whenever I want to waste some time online:

It's typed dialogue of conversations that occur mostly between customers and people in the customer service industry. Some are hilarious, some are sad, some are hilariously sad. There's lots from all sorts of different places in the world, which definitely says something.
